Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Position Summary

The Scribe supports healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient visits, updating charts, and ensuring necessary information is available for the provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update patient charts and documentation.
• Document patient history, provider notes, procedures, medications, and treatment plans.
• Enter new patient information and referral data.
• Communicate important patient information to the healthcare provider.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized records.
• Provide professional and courteous service to patients and staff.
• Follow applicable healthcare documentation and confidentiality requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of scribe experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and digital/healthcare software.
• Healthcare, medical documentation, or insurance experience is a plus.
• Must pass a background
• Must pass a drug screen
